    FAQ

    cLEANING POLICY

The renting party is responsible for facility decorating and cleanup.
If the center is not cleaned, the renting party will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.

    alcohol POLICY

Renters desiring to serve alcohol at their event may do so as long as our requirements are met. If you are going to give away alcohol (e.g., a glass of wine with dinner or bottles of champagne at the table) you do not need to obtain a license, but you are required to serve anyone (of legal age) that requests alcohol.
This would include persons who walk in off of the street. BYOB is not allowed for those who attend the event; alcohol must be provided by the renting party.
If your party is going to have a cash bar, you will need to contract with a vendor that has a liquor license and their own insurance (e.g., a catering company or winery).
We will require a copy of this information no later than one week before the scheduled rental time. There is a $250 fee for the use of a cash bar. Paid security at the Renter’s expense will be required for all events serving alcohol.

    fIRE PIT

    Open flames are not permitted.

In addition, each rental will require a $100 deposit that will be returned to the Renter, if all aspects of the rental agreement are administered by the renter properly.

The rental deposit will not be returned to the renter for cancellations of the contract later than three weeks prior to the rental date.
